描述了兰州中能重离子加速器TR4终端装备的高性能探测器系统的结构性能.各类探测器都达到了很好的性能指标.Si多叠层望远镜,Z/△Z~50,△E/E~0.3%.IC+PSD+SPD+CsI(T1)对数密度望远镜,Z/△Z~44.5,△x~1.7mm.棉球面反射镜结构开始时间探测器装置,△t~140Ps.重离子飞行时间谱仪,A/△A~86,Z/△Z~48,△E/E~0.78%,△t~286ps.9单元和36单元CsI(T1)轻粒子小角度关联探测器阵列,Si+CsI(T1)轻粒子望远镜也达到了很好的性能指标.简述了小角度关联等实验结果.  相似文献

In this paper, we considered the model of the thirteenth order derivatives of nonlinear Schr\"{o}dinger equations. It is shown that a wave packet ansatz inserted into these equations leads to an integrable Hamiltonian dynamical sub-system. By using bifurcation theory of planar dynamical systems, in different parametric regions, we determined the phase portraits. In each of these parametric regions we obtain possible exact explicit parametric representation of the traveling wave solutions corresponding to homoclinic, hetroclinic and periodic orbits.  相似文献

This paper study the traveling wave solutions of the Casimir equation for the Ito system. Since the derivative function of the wave function is a solution of a planar dynamical system, from which the exact parametric representations of solutions and bifurcations of phase portraits can be obtained. Thus, we show that corresponding to the compacton solutions of the derivative function system, there exist uncountably infinite kink wave solutions of the wave equation. Corresponding to the positive or negative periodic solutions and homoclinic solutions of the derivative function system, there exist unbounded wave solutions of the wave function equation.  相似文献

A new carboxylic acid, 2‐{[5‐(2‐nitrophenyl)furan‐2‐yl]methyleneamino}benzoic acid (HOBZ), has been produced by reacting 5‐(2‐nitrophenyl)furfural with 2‐aminobenzoic acid. Reactions of NaOBZ with organotin chlorides led to formation of [Me3Sn(OBZ)] ( 1 ), [Bu3Sn(OBZ)] ( 2 ), [Me2Sn(OBZ)2] ( 3 ) and [Bu2Sn(OBZ)2] ( 4 ). Complexes 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 have been characterized using elemental analyses and infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 119Sn NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopies. In the solid state, the OBZ ligands might coordinate to tin in an anisobidentate fashion via the carboxylate group. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of all compounds has been screened against the following fungi: Aspergillus niger, A. flavus, A. parasiticus, Penicillium citrinum, Candida dubliniensis, C. lusitaniae, C. albicans, C. tropicalis, C. parapsilosis and C. glabrata; and against the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Streptococcus sanguinis, Escherichia coli, Citrobacter frendii, Salmonella typhimurium and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Complexes 2 and 4 exhibited higher biocide activity in comparison to 1 and 3 and to the control drugs nystatin and miconazole nitrate for the yeasts, and chloramphenicol and ampicillin for the bacteria. The biological activity of 2 was superior to that of 4 . In addition, the toxicity of HOBZ, NaOBz and 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 were determined using Chlorella vulgaris, revealing low toxicity of the complexes at MIC50 concentrations. We also performed cell viability studies, using XTT assay, displaying no change in the mitochondrial function after 2–4 h of exposure of the microorganism to the complexes at MIC50 concentrations. The butyl‐containing complexes 2 and 4 display greater lipophilicities than do the methyl analogues 1 and 3 , thereby endowing 2 and 4 with superior abilities to cross the microbe cell membrane, the possible mechanism of action. Indocyanine green (ICG) is the only near-infrared (NIR) dye approved for clinical use. Despite its versatility in photonic applications and potential for photothermal therapy, its photobleaching hinders its application. Here we discovered a nanostructure of dimeric ICG (Nano-dICG) generated by using ICG to stabilize nanoemulsions, after which ICG enabled complete dimerization on the nanoemulsion shell, followed by J-aggregation of ICG-dimer, resulting in a narrow, red-shifted (780 nm→894 nm) and intense (≈2-fold) absorbance. Compared to ICG, Nano-dICG demonstrated superior photothermal conversion (2-fold higher), significantly reduced photodegradation (−9.6 % vs. −46.3 %), and undiminished photothermal effect (7 vs. 2 cycles) under repeated irradiations, in addition to excellent colloidal and structural stabilities. Following intravenous injection, Nano-dICG enabled real-time tracking of its delivery to mouse tumors within 24 h by photoacoustic imaging at NIR wavelength (890 nm) distinct from the endogenous signal to guide effective photothermal therapy. The unprecedented finding of nanostructure-driven ICG dimerization leads to an ultra-stable phototheranostic platform.  相似文献

3-Benzyl-furan-2(5H)-one (2a) and 3-(4-bromobenzyl)-furan-2(5H)-one (2b) were treated with TBDMSOTf and converted into the corresponding tert-butyldimethyl-silylfuran ethers. These furans were further condensed with several aromatic aldehydes affording compounds 5-14 with general 3-benzyl-5-arylidene-furan-2(5H)-one structures in 31% to 98% yields. Such compounds are analogues of the naturally occurring nostoclide lactones, reported to present moderate cytotoxic activity. Compounds 5-14 were submitted to an in vitro bioassay against the HL-60, HCT-8, SF295 and MDA-MB-435 cancer cell lines using the MTT cytotoxicity assay.  相似文献

Part of our research program concentrates on the discovery of new bioactive compounds prepared either by total synthesis or molecular transformation of compounds with bioactivity profiles. In this work we have focused our interest on chemical transformations of the Diels-Alder adduct tricyclo[6.2.1.0(2,7)]undeca-4,9-dien-3,6-dione in order to obtain cage-like compounds and derivatives, followed by an evaluation of their biological activity.  相似文献

We report the development of a novel quartz crystal microbalance immunosensor with the simultaneous measurement of resonance frequency and motional resistance for the detection of antibodies to double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The immobilization of poly(l-lysine) and subsequent complexation with DNA resulted in formation of a sensitive dsDNA-containing nanofilm on the surface of a gold electrode. Atomic force microscopy has been applied for the characterization of a poly(l-lysine)–DNA film. After the blocking with bovine serum albumin, the immunosensor in flow-injection mode was used to detect the antibodies to dsDNA in purified protein solutions of antibodies to dsDNA and to single-stranded DNA, monoclonal human immunoglobulin G, DNase I and in blood serum of patients with bronchial asthma and systemic lupus erythematosus. Solar radiation is one of the major factors responsible for the control of fungus populations in the environment. Inactivation by UVA and UVB radiation is especially important for the control of fungi that disperse infective units through the air, including fungi such as Cryptococcus spp. that infect their vertebrate hosts by inhalation. Cryptococcus neoformans produces melanin in the presence of certain exogenous substrates such as l-3,4 dihydroxyphenylalanine and melanization may protect the fungus against biotic and abiotic environmental factors. In the present study, we investigated the effect of exposure to an UVB irradiance of 1000 mW m(-2) (biologically effective weighted irradiance) on the survival of melanized and nonmelanized cells of four strains of C. neoformans and four strains of C. laurentii. The relative survival (survival of cells exposed to radiation in relation to cells not exposed) of cells grown 2, 4, 6 or 8 days on medium with or without L-dopa was determined after exposure to UVB doses of 1.8 and 3.6 kJ m(-2). Both the irradiance spectrum and the intensities of those doses are environmentally realistic, and, in fact, occur routinely during summer months in temperate regions. Differences in tolerance to UVB radiation were observed between the C. neoformans and C. laurentii strains. The C. neoformans strains were more susceptible to UVB radiation than the C. laurentii strains. In C. neoformans, differences in tolerance to radiation were observed during development of both melanized and nonmelanized cells. For most treatments (strain, time of growth and UVB dose), there were virtually no differences in tolerances between melanized and nonmelanized cells, but when differences occurred they were smaller than those previously observed with UVC. In tests with two strains of C. laurentii, there was no difference in tolerance to UVB radiation between melanized and nonmelanized cells during 8 days of culture; and in tests with four strains for less culture time (4 days) there were no significant differences in tolerance between melanized and nonmelanized cells of any strain of this species.  相似文献
